Legal basis: providing the game you asked to use (contract), including an account if you choose one, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service safe, stopping cheating, fixing problems and improving the game (anonymous statistics). We don't use your data for advertising, never sell it, and share it with no one except the providers in section 6.

Automated decisions: the word filter refuses names or messages with banned words, and the server refuses saves the game couldn't have made (to stop edited saves). Neither has any legal effect on you; if you think it got something wrong, tell us.

• Optional: you can always play without one. An account moves your farms between devices without a save code.
• Two ways in: our own username and password, and/or Google - one username for both.
• When you sign up: the farms on that device go into the account and the old save code stops working at once; other devices reach the farms only by signing in.
• Passwords: only a PBKDF2 hash with a salt of its own is kept. Even the team can't read your password, and we will never ask you for it.
• Forgotten password: we keep no e-mail, so there's no reset link. Use a linked Google account, set a new password on a device that's still signed in, or contact the team (we'll ask for details only the owner would know, like the farm name and friend code).
• Signing out: the account's farms leave that device - handy on a shared one.
• Deleting: press "Delete account" in the game. The username, password and Google link go at once; the farms on that device stay and go back to a save code.

Friends see your farm and farmer names, fields, Mallows and friendship. Everyone sees your names on the leaderboard (unless you hide them), your farm among the village goal's top helpers, and your username where you choose to show it. No one sees your money, bag, save code, password or Google sign-in.

• Look at anonymous statistics, and at a single farm when helping with a problem or checking a report.
• Send letters, compensation gifts, notices and news banners to players.
• Look after the community under the Terms of use: stop someone sending letters, hide a farm from the leaderboard, or change and lock an unkind name, noting why inside the team.
• Restore a deleted save (within 30 days) when its owner asks.
• Every team action on the system is logged; the admin page allows one person at a time and is protected with two-step sign-in.
• When problem reports spike, the team gets a Discord alert with counts only - no player data.

The game and site use no cookies (apart from a necessary one on the team-only admin page). They keep only what's needed to play in your browser's storage (localStorage), so no consent is needed:

• The random anonymous id for first-visit steps and speed data (section 1)

You can clear this site's data in your browser at any time; local saves go with it. With an account, just sign in again; without one, note your save code first.

6. ผู้ให้บริการและการส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ6. Service providers and transfers abroad

• Cloudflare ให้บริการเว็บไซต์และฐานข้อมูล ข้อมูลอาจถูกประมวลผลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทยที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองตามมาตรฐานของ Cloudflare ซึ่งประมวลผลข้อมูลการเชื่อมต่อทั่วไป เช่น IP เพื่อส่งหน้าเว็บให้คุณ ตามนโยบายของ Cloudflare

• Cloudflare hosts the site and the database; data may be processed on servers outside Thailand under Cloudflare's safeguards. Cloudflare handles ordinary connection data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages, under Cloudflare's policy.
• Google Fonts provides the site's typefaces; your browser asks Google for the font files directly, so Google sees your IP address, under Google's policy.
• Google Sign-In (only if you choose it): the sign-in window is Google's own. Google's consent screen may say it shares your name, e-mail and profile picture; they arrive in a token signed by Google, which we use only to confirm it's you - we keep just the random account id and never store your name, e-mail or picture. You can remove the connection in your Google account settings at any time, under Google's policy.
• Discord: if you choose to join our server, Discord's own policy applies.

The game is for all ages. For players under 10, please have a parent or guardian look after making an account, letters and friend codes, and remind them never to put a real name, address, phone number or other personal details in a username, names or letters. We keep no e-mail or contact details, so we never contact children outside the game. A parent can ask to see or delete a child's data through the contact below.

8. สิทธิ์ของคุณ และวิธีใช้สิทธิ์8. Your rights, and how to use them

ตาม PDPA คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอดู ขอสำเนา ขอแก้ไข ขอลบ ขอระงับการใช้ คัดค้านการใช้ และขอโอนย้ายข้อมูลของคุณ และร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้

Under the PDPA you may ask to see, copy, correct, delete, restrict, object to the use of, or move your data, and you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand.

• ลบเซฟเอง: หน้าเลือกเซฟ → ปุ่มถังขยะที่ช่องเซฟ → ยืนยัน สำเนาออนไลน์จะถูกลบด้วย
• ลบบัญชีเอง: หน้าเลือกเซฟ → ปุ่มบัญชี (@ชื่อผู้ใช้) → ลบบัญชี
• ส่งออกเซฟ (โอนย้ายข้อมูล): หน้าเลือกเซฟ → "รหัสเซฟ / ย้ายเครื่อง" หรือ "สำรองเซฟ" → ส่งออกไฟล์
• แก้ไขชื่อ: เปลี่ยนชื่อฟาร์มได้ในเมนูตั้งค่าของเกม
• ซ่อนจากตารางอันดับ: ตั้งค่าได้ในเมนูตั้งค่าของเกม
• ขอสำเนาหรือลบข้อมูลอื่นๆ เช่น จดหมาย รายงานปัญหา หรือสถิติ: แจ้งผ่านช่องทางติดต่อด้านล่างพร้อมรหัสเพื่อนหรือชื่อผู้ใช้ เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน

• Delete a save yourself: save screen → the bin button on the slot → confirm. The online copy goes too.
• Delete your account yourself: save screen → the account button (@username) → Delete account.
• Export a save (data portability): save screen → "Save code / move device" or "Backups" → Export file.
• Correct a name: rename your farm in the game's Settings.
• Hide from the leaderboard: in the game's Settings.
• A copy of, or deleting, anything else - letters, reports, statistics: contact us below with your friend code or username, and we'll act within 30 days.

9. ความปลอดภัย9. Security

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). The save code goes in a request header, never in links. Passwords are stored as hashes, wrong-password attempts are limited, and the server checks for impossible saves. Without an account, your save code is the key: anyone with it can play on, overwrite or delete your saves - don't share it publicly. With an account, use a password you don't use elsewhere and sign out on shared devices. If a data breach ever affects you, we'll say so promptly on the Updates page and in the game.
